We believe that it takes an army of support which is why collaboration is key.

We collaborate with many different health professionals in the public and private system.

  • Dieticians

Dieticians play a vital role in educating you around food and the way that the body works.

They can also look at your intake and help you make the changes that you need in a supportive and planned manner. If you are looking for a dietician please reach out as we have many that we can recommend.

  • Therapists

Therapy plays a vital role in exploring the ‘why’ behind your eating disorder. There are many evidence based treatments and a variety of health professionals who specialise in eating disorders. If you would like to connect with one please reach out as we can connect you with who will be best suited.

  • Drs

Dr’s playa vital role in monitoring your physical health. Not all Dr’s have training in Eating Disorders so if you reach out we can connect you with one that does.

We also partner with an amazing course which compliments the work that we do at Redefined Coaching. It’s called Healing your Relationship with Food. You can head to their website to find out more information.

As a fourteen-year-old psych ward patient, Harry realised he had a choice: let anorexia keep ruining his life or fight back against everything his mind told him was true.

Now twenty-two years old, Harry delicately pieces together how his mind derailed to that point, what’s happened since he made his choice, and most importantly, what it’s taught him about life and how best to live it.

Hungry to Be Happy is a story of survival against all odds, redemption from the depths of despair, and triumph over the most dangerous of bullies.

By reclaiming the space between his ears, Harry rediscovers what matters most, and through doing so, he experiences what anorexia always promised but could never deliver – happiness.

It can be purchased directly from my website (https://www.harryaverill.com/), on Amazon/Kindle (https://www.amazon.com.au/Hungry-Be-Happy-Lost-Found/dp/1991186703), or on Spotify and Audible as an audiobook. If you have Spotify Premium you will be able to listen to the audiobook for free.
